JM Law Moskwa, Jarmul and associates advised GI International in connection with the acquisition of WorkSource Investments from the PineBridge fund and in relation to exceeding the threshold of 50% of the total number of votes in Work Service S.A. The scope of work of JM Law included comprehensive support for GI International in this transaction, with particular emphasis on capital markets law, and coordination of support in the field of Luxembourg law.
As a result of the acquisition of WorkSource Investments, GI International took control over Work Service S.A., and then announced a tender offer for 15.29% of shares in order to achieve the threshold of 66% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of Work Service S.A.
