MJH advised Elevator Ventures on Polish aspects of the investment in Twisto Payments a.s. The transaction was handled and coordinated by Havel & Partners law firm.

Elevator Ventures is the Corporate Venture Capital Entity of Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI). Its primary focus is on growth investments in fintechs and related enabling technologies in Central and Eastern Europe. 

Twisto is a „buy now, pay later” specialist that has leveraged regional online shopping trends to introduce and popularize the BNPL payment solution. Twisto is also operating in Poland where it has a corporate presence too.
