MJH advising GI International on the acquisitions in Czech Republic and Slovakia

MJH advised GI International in connection with the acquisition of Work Service Czech s.r.o. oraz Work Service Slovakia s.r.o. from the Work Service capital group. The scope of work of MJH included comprehensive support for GI International in this transaction, including the coordination of Czech and Slovak aspects of the transaction in co-operation with Havel & Partners law firm.
