MJH advising GI International S.R.L. in connection with the tender offer bid for 100% shares of GI Poland Group S.A.

MJH law firm was an advisor to GI International S.R.L. in connection with the tender offer bid for 100% shares of GI Poland Group S.A. The tender offer has been launched with a view to delisting GI Group Poland S.A. from the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a result of the tender offer, GI International has purchased shares giving right to 86.8% of votes at the general meeting. In the meantime, the general meeting of shareholders has adopted a resolution on delisting.
