MJH advised OT Logistics S.A. (OTL) in the process of selling all shares held by OTL in C. Hartwig Gdynia S.A. (CHG) (representing 88% of shares in CHG), which is a leading freight forwarder operating on the domestic and international market, to Rhenus Beteiligungen International GmbH. The closing of the transaction took place on October 22, 2021. As a result of the implementation of the stages of the transaction to date, the OTL Group companies have raised funds allowing them to reduce the value of the OTL Group's existing debt to financial creditors by approximately PLN 80 million.
The OTL Group is a recognizable brand in the logistics industry, based on Polish capital. For more than 70 years, it has provided a full range of transport, freight forwarding and logistics services. OTL is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
