The law firm Moskwa, Jarmul, Haladyj i Partnerzy advised BA Glass on the acquisition of a glass production business from CP Glass, a member of the Canpack Group, within a plant located in Orzesze (Poland).
The scope of the law firm's work included comprehensive transactional advice, including due diligence and support in the negotiation of transaction documentation.
