MJH advises in sale of a 50% stake in Iglotex

MJH Law Firm advised Penta Investments private equity fund in the transaction involving the sale of a 50% stake in Iglotex to the Wlodarczyk family, founders of the Iglotex group. The scope of the firm's work included comprehensive advice at every stage of the transaction, including in particular the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and support in closing the transaction. As part of the transaction, MJH also assisted Iglotex with bank financing, which was used for the transaction.
