Milena Zawisza is an attorney at MJH Law Firm.
She specialises in company and commercial law, with particular emphasis on capital market law issues. She advises clients on matters related to the functioning of companies listed on the regulated market and NewConnect, the issue of securities, the fulfilment of regulatory obligations concerning public companies and financial institutions, as well as on the ongoing corporate services of commercial law companies. She also has experience in advising on investment financing transactions, including corporate bond issues and the establishment of debt securities. She also supports the firm's team in the area of mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
She gained her professional experience in leading Warsaw law firms and in the legal department of a capital company. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
She participates in projects involving public and secondary offerings (SPO), advises public companies from various sectors on compliance with disclosure and supervisory requirements, and participates in bond issuance processes for entities in the real estate development, financial and investment industries. She has experience in preparing and negotiating transaction documentation, and has also participated in due diligence, reorganisations and transactions involving the acquisition and sale of shares in capital companies.
